Today I stumbled upon this 15 minute workout that really helped me feel more alive and cheerful!
I felt so much more motivated to get things done, I made myself a healthy lunch rather than mac and cheese (gluten-free, of course!) and baby loved watching me do it! I can honestly say I am excited to do it again tomorrow.
